To expedite the development of improved plant materials in coastal plants, we in the Coastal Plants Genetics Laboratory are applying novel genetics, genomics and biotechnology tools to eucidate the molecular basis of various attributes essential for adaptation, survival, productivity of coastal plants and development of large scale marsh restoration technology.
